Shipping policy
Every BADOCCHI piece is thoughtfully made and shipped with care. We aim to deliver your order quickly and smoothly, while maintaining the same attention to detail that goes into every garment we create.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

During launches or promotions, please allow 5-7 business days.

Pre-order items ship by the estimated date on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order and an in-stock item, we may ship together on the later date (see Split Shipments below).
Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S.)

We ship nationwide via USPS (and occasionally UPS/FedEx for oversized items).

Rates are shown at checkout and are based on destination, service, and weight.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our studio. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address Changes

Enter your shipping address carefully. We can’t reroute packages once shipped.

If you need to update your address before your order ships, email contact@badocchi.com with your order number and “Address Update” in the subject line.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited services may be limited.
Split Shipments

To reduce our footprint, we try to ship your order in one parcel. If we split your order, you’ll receive separate tracking at no extra cost.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages)

Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:

Check with neighbors/building staff and common areas;

Wait 24 hours for a possible carrier scan delay;

Contact the carrier to open a trace;

Email us at contact@badocchi.com with your order number we’ll do our best to help guide the claim process.

Carrier delays due to weather or high volume are outside our control.
Signature on Delivery

For orders over $300, we may require a signature on delivery for added security.
Sustainability Note

We use thoughtful, minimal packaging and consolidate shipments whenever possible to reduce waste.
International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon. Duties/taxes are set by your country and are not included at checkout. Recipients are responsible for all import fees. Refused packages cannot be refunded for shipping or duties.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

Estimated ship windows are listed on each product page. Dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production timelines. You’ll be notified of any material changes.
Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
