Returns Policy

We want you to love your BADOCCHI piece. Because each item is produced in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only.


You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or store credit. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging


Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and any associated costs.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at contact@badocchi.com with your order number and your request. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll do our best to secure your preferred piece or issue store credit toward your next purchase.


Store Credit
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card once your return has been inspected and approved. Credit can be used toward any future purchase.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Final Sale Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
